When you create a Work Climate survey. By default, you will find a predefined question. But don't worry, because you are free to edit it!
You can edit the question to suit your needs and get the information you are most interested in. In this way, you can customise the survey according to what you need to know and get relevant information from your employees.
Surveys are all yours to customise to your preference!
