How can I grant access to manage the Finance tools?

As the account holder, you now have full control to start operating and decide who else in your company can manage the different Finance tools.

When you access Wallet for the first time, a pop-up window will appear to help you with your first steps. This window offers two shortcuts to the most important actions to get started:

  1. Grant access. Allows you to delegate the day-to-day management of finances.
  2. Add funds. Lets you top up your Wallet balance to start using your cards and other features.
     

 

⚠️The access you assign from this window is only for general Wallet management. To grant specific access to other tools such as Expense control or Flexible remuneration, you’ll need to go to the configuration section of each module.
