How can I upload my employees’ payrolls?
To upload your employees’ payrolls, you must first have the Payslip distribution tool installed. Once it’s installed, go to the Finance section from the side menu and click the "Load payrolls" button.
Upload a PDF file containing all employee payrolls. It’s important that each page includes a single payslip and that it contains the employee’s ID so that Sesame can recognize and link it to the correct profile.
The system will process the file, and once the upload is complete, you’ll be able to click "Link payrolls" to send them individually to each employee.
