Why can't I see all the compensations I created in Payrolls?

If you can’t see all the compensations you’ve created in the Payrolls table, it may be that the created compensations haven’t been added to the customised view of Payrolls.

For the compensations created in Company Settings to appear in the configured Payrolls table view, you need to add the items to the view.

The steps to set this up are as follows:

  1. Install the Payrolls feature.
  2. Create general salary supplements from Settings, in the General Supplements section.
  3. Go to Payrolls and, from the settings wheel, check the compensations you want to see.
  4. Go to Payrolls to view these compensations for users and apply them from the table.

Remember that each user will only display compensations that are compatible with their profile, specifically with the same currency and frequency. For example, a person with a current salary in USD cannot have a compensation created in EUR.
