How can I create custom request types?
Creating a custom request type is the first step toward organizing and managing your team’s internal requests. Let’s get started!
Follow this path:
Configuration >> Automations >> Custom requests >> Create.
A new window will open with two steps: Form and Approval.
In the first step, you’ll create the request type and add the questions that employees will need to answer before submitting a request. These questions will help you gather the necessary information to manage each request.
Then:
- Choose an icon that represents the type of request.
- Enter a descriptive title, such as "Supplies" or "Training".
- Add as many questions as you want. You can make them mandatory by toggling the switch next to "Required".
Once your form is ready, click "Next".

Currently, “Custom requests” is not a multi-company feature.
