How to approve or reject requests
Have you received your first requests and want to know how to manage them? Here's how you can do it.
Go to the Requests inbox. There, find the type of request you want to manage and click on it. What information is displayed in this section?
- Requester information, such as profile image, full name, and the date the request was submitted.
- A button to leave internal comments on the request.
- Questionnaire responses, along with any attached files that support the request (optional).
- Buttons to approve or reject the request.
As soon as you approve or reject the request, the record will be moved to the History, so you can review it whenever you need.
