Can I archive or delete a request type?

Of course you can archive or delete a request type! Whenever you want to do so, simply look for the quick actions button in the management table and choose what you want to do:

  • If you archive a request type, employees will no longer be able to send new requests. However, both you and they will still have access to the request history at any time.
  • If you delete a request type, all saved records in the history as well as any pending requests will be permanently removed. Additionally, the request type will no longer appear in the employee profile, and no new requests can be submitted.
