How can I register a Face ID photo from a tablet?
To register a Face ID photo from a tablet, follow these steps:
- On the home screen, tap the Face ID icon located in the bottom menu.
- On the left side of the screen, tap Register.
- Stand in front of the tablet’s camera and make sure that:
- Only your face is visible.
- The light is facing your face.
- The background behind you is plain.
- The image is sharp and not blurry.
- When everything is ready, tap Take picture.
Finally, you’ll need to verify your identity to link the photo to your profile. To do this, enter your code and PIN.
Follow this path to find your code and PIN: Profile >> Accesses >> Tablet access.
The photo will be saved and used as a reference for future Face ID clock ins/outs. An admin can check that the image has been registered correctly by accessing the employee’s profile in the admin panel.
