  • Why can’t I log in to Sesame?

  • I need to modify clock ins/outs but it isn't allowing me
  • Trouble clocking in/out on the app or web

I can't create a new password

If you're having trouble creating a new password, check the following:

First time logging in to Sesame: 

  • Invitation email: is this your first time logging in? If so, make sure you've received the invitation email sent by your administrator. If you haven't, contact your administrator directly to have it resent. 
  • Expired invitation email: if you've already received an invitation email, keep in mind that it expires after 7 days. If this time has passed, ask your administrator to resend a new invitation.

Not the first time logging in to Sesame:

  • I've forgotten my password: click on "Have you forgotten your password?" at the following link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
