Who can create request types?

For now, only general roles can create request types (Owner, General Administrator, or HR Administrator).

If you hold one of these roles, go to:

Configuration >> Automations >> Custom requests >> Create.

Please note:

  • There cannot be two request types with the same name, so be creative!
  • For now, request types are created per company, which means they cannot be used across a group of companies.
