Of course there is! The summarised report includes all employee data related to time off and clock ins/outs. Within this file, you'll find four columns with the following information:

  • Total theoretical time plus total paid time off.
  • Total paid time off taken (numeric value).
  • Total unpaid time off taken (numeric value).
  • Total time off taken (both paid and unpaid, in numeric value).

This data makes it easier to monitor and adjust worked hours in accordance with the terms set out in the collective labor agreement.
