What is the Contract data report?
The Contract data report lets you review the contract history of all employees, including both active workforce members and inactive ones.
What is this report used for?
- It allows you to view both active and inactive employees in a single report, eliminating the need for separate manual searches.
- It helps identify the reasons why employees leave the company through the Leave type and Leave reason columns.
- It makes it easy to view each person's Seniority date alongside their contract start date.
⚠️ Keep in mind: to view inactive employees, you'll need to check the new checkbox in the report filters.
- The "Leave reason" fields will only display information if the company has recorded an explicit leave in the platform; otherwise, they will appear empty.
- If the contract has no end date, the system will automatically mark the Indefinite condition as: YES.
