Can I create custom reports?

Currently, it is not possible to create custom reports from scratch in Sesame. However, you can adapt many of the available reports using filters, which allows you to segment the information according to your needs.

In general, reports can be filtered by workplace, department, group, or employee. Additionally, some reports offer a more advanced level of customization. For example, the detailed clock in/out report allows a high degree of configuration, as you can select which columns you want to display.

This report can include information such as:


Company and organizational data  

Company, company name, tax ID, department, workplace, groups.
 

Employee data  

Employees, first name, last name, ID number, social security number, status, email address, date of birth, phone number, role, gender, employee profiles, nationality, marital status.
 

Contact and location details  

Address, city, province/state, postcode, country, corporate phone number, emergency phone number, personal email address.
 

Additional and custom fields  

Custom fields, start date, languages, employment type (e.g. agency worker, cover), training (such as occupational health and safety), and other configurable fields depending on the company.


Working time and time tracking information 

Time tracking, records, record type, geolocation, date, device, break type, breaks, registration workplace.


Holidays and time off 

Holidays, absence types, time off, public holidays, frequency, and day of the week.


Additionally, the People Analytics tool also offers a high level of customization through its advanced filters, allowing you to analyze information more strategically.
