What is the "Time off by status" report?

The "Time off by status" report (formerly known as the "Approved time off" report) allows you to monitor all time off-related information for your team, categorized by their status: approved, pending, or rejected.

This report helps you manage time off more effectively and gain clearer insights into the reasons behind your team's time away from work.

The report is provided in a file with three separate tabs, each containing specific information:

  • Time off by status: displays a detailed overview of all time off requests, including the type of time off, employee name, whether it's requested in days or hours, the status, the date the status was assigned, remaining time, start date, and other relevant data.
  • Current time off: includes only the approved time off that is active at the time the report is generated.
  • Worked public holidays: lists the public holidays that employees have worked, which can later be used for time-off compensation.
