What types of working day are available?
Sesame provides three types of working days. Flexible working days, intensive working days, and shifts.
The flexible working day allows employees to self-manage their working day according to their needs. Flexible working day workers will have to complete their assigned working hours but will be able to complete them with a certain degree of flexibility, deciding when to start and when to finish.
An intensive working day takes place from beginning to end without any breaks in the schedule until all hours are completed, for example from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.
Shifts are working days that complete all the theoretical hours and take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening, which can be rotating or not, but which correspond to organisational or productive issues of the company.
