What automations can I set up?

From Configuration >> Automations, you can set up specific automations to make day-to-day people management in your company easier.

The main categories are Clock ins/outs, Notifications, Validations, User access, and Section visibility. Each one offers different automations you can activate:

  • Clock ins/outs: automatic clock out, workday rounding, blocking clock ins/outs outside scheduled hours, IP restrictions, and change logs for clock ins/outs, among others.
  • Notifications: alerts before the start or end of the workday, reminders for unassigned tasks, grace period minutes, and missing clock ins/outs, among others.
  • Validations: employee clock in/out validation.
  • User accesses: control over request approvals, editing clock ins/outs, creating employees under lower-level roles, and holiday approvals, among others.
  • Section visibility: control who can see the team status, timeline, holiday calendar, statistics, and more.
