Don't worry! We understand how important it is to have clarity about charges, so we're here to help.

In relation to your subscription charges

 

Our platform offers two types of plans:

  • Monthly plans: charges are made every month on the date corresponding to the start of your subscription.
  • Annual plans: charges are made in advance with a one-time payment at the beginning of the annual period. 

The charge you've received corresponds to the plan selected at the time of subscription. You can check the details of your subscription in the Configuration section.
