How can I modify an already generated invoice?
Once an invoice is generated, it cannot be edited directly in the platform. However, we can assist you with any issues related to it.
To request modifications to an invoice, you have two options:
- Contact your account manager, who can guide you through the necessary steps.
- Alternatively, you can reach out to our support team via the "Help" section in the platform by clicking on the headphones icon in the left-side menu.
