How can I assign a card to a user?
If you want to assign a card* to a user, you have two simple options:
- Search for the user and click on the three dots >> Assign card. Then, choose whether to create a virtual or physical card.
- Alternatively, you can assign a card directly from the Virtual card or Physical card column.
When assigning a card, you’ll need to provide the following information:
- Cardholder.
- First name.
- Last name.
- Email address.
- Contact phone number.
- Spending limit: monthly, weekly, daily, or total.
- Postal address: for physical cards only.
Once you’ve reviewed the details and confirmed they’re correct, click Create. The employee will receive a notification via dashboard, app, and email, and they’ll need to verify their identity.
Remember: once a card has been assigned, you can always edit its spending limit. Simply search for the employee in the main Users view, click on the three dots >> Edit limits.
