Grant access to Expense control

From Sesame’s Expense control tool, it is not possible to grant access to people outside your company to manage expenses.

However, if you want your colleagues to help you manage Expense control, you’ll need to give them access to the tool. There are two types of access for administering Expense control:

  • Expense management: granting this access to an employee gives them full access to the Expense control tool, along with the authority to assign users, grant access to colleagues, and manage expenses.
     
  • Expense and card management: granting this access to an employee gives them full access to the Expense control tool, along with the authority to assign users, grant access to colleagues, manage expenses, and create cards*.

Because this role allows employees to manage cards, they must provide their personal information. Make sure the data matches exactly what appears on their ID. To avoid errors, always include the international prefix with the phone number.

Next, you’ll need to give your consent. For this reason, you will receive a message on your phone with the employee’s details so you can approve it.

Once this process is complete, the employee will have full access to the tool. However, before they can start creating cards or granting access to others, they must first verify their identity.
