I’ve been assigned as a company validator, how can I view the expenses I need to validate?
If you’ve been assigned as a company validator, there are two possible scenarios:
- If you are both an expense manager and a validator, in Expense control >> Summary, you will see two tables:
- The first table shows all company expenses.
- The second table, called My validations, shows only the expenses you are responsible for validating.
- If you are only a validator, you will only see the My validations table, where you can check the following details:
- Date
- Company name
- Employee
- Amount
- General status of the expense
- Your validation
- Comments
