How can I download the report and expense receipts?

When you proceed to export expenses, the modal will notify you that you can download the report and that you’ll also receive an email once the download is ready.

In the Exported section, you’ll see a purple banner where you can either Download report again or Download report and receipts. Clicking the latter will download a .zip file containing:

  • The report.
  • Receipt photos in .jpg format.

In the report, you’ll now find a new column called "Receipt No.", which is generated by combining:

  • The date.
  • The export time.
  • A sequential number starting at 001.

Example: if 3 expenses are exported on May 29, 2024, at 15:07, they will have the following names:

  • 290520241507-001
  • 290520241507-002
  • 290520241507-003

The exported receipts will use this identifier as their filename.

 

Important: if you export expenses more than once, the original identification number will remain the same.
