How can I send expenses to the Export queue?
After managing your expenses, you have the option to send them to the Export queue for further processing.
Select the expenses you want to export and click Send to queue. They will automatically appear in the next tab, Export queue.
In this section, choose the expenses you want to export.
Remember: once you click Export, the file will be downloaded in Excel format and you will no longer be able to edit any details or statuses of the expenses. To make sure, the system will notify you that these expenses can no longer be modified.
If you believe that any expense in the queue still needs adjustments, you can click Return to inbox and manage it again. Employees, however, will not be able to edit any expense that is already in the Export queue.
