What can I manage from Advanced Configuration?

In the Advanced Configuration section, you'll find different options to customize and adapt how your account works based on your company's needs. 

  • Labor law: Sesame adapts to the labor laws of each country. From this section, you can also manually activate or deactivate each functionality, regardless of your country.
  • Labour agreements: Agreements allow you to manage specific labor conditions for different employee groups. You can create them by clicking on "Add", and then assign them to each member of your team from the "Employees" section. 
  • Group of companies: If you work with more than one company, from this section, you can create your own group of companies and manage it easily. Add the group name and click on "Update name". 

    This option may require prior activation. If it's not available, contact Sesame HR's support team.

     

 

  • Remove company: If you need to permanently delete a company, go to  Configuration >> Company >> Advanced configuration, and click on "Remove company permanently".
     

Keep in mind that this action is irreversible. Before proceeding, we recommend exporting any information you might need.

 


To avoid mistakes, the system will ask for confirmation before deleting the company.

  • Theoretical hour count: Use this section to set how you want theoretical hours to be calculated. There are two options:
    •  According to assigned schedule or shift: The system calculates hours based on the assigned schedule or shift configured for the employee.
    • According to contract: The time indicated in the contract is taken as the reference.

Keep in mind that this configuration will directly impact reports and the comparison of worked hours.
