Can I configure how many minutes before clock-in time an employee's clock in will be blocked?
Yes. Go to Configuration >> Automations >> Clock ins/outs, enable the "Block clock ins before clock-in time" option, and define the time (in minutes or hours) during which clocking in will remain blocked before the scheduled clock-in time.
From that point on, no employee will be able to clock in before that margin, regardless of the device they use. If they try to do so, they'll see a message informing them of the restriction.
Please note that this restriction only applies to clock ins made in real time. The assignment of clock ins/outs is not affected by this block.
