Can I set up rounding for employee clock ins/outs automatically?

Of course, you can set up the clock in and clock out independently, using a different configuration for each of them.

In Configuration >> Automations >> Clock ins/outs you can make these decisions:

  • Enable or disable rounding automation for both clock in and clock out.
  • If you want to enable it, you will have the possibility to choose the minutes you want the clock in/out to be rounded.
  • Apply rounding before, after, or in both situations.
  • Choose if this rounding will be applied only to the first clock in of the day and the last clock out of the day or if it will be applied to all clock ins, just in case more than one clock in/out happens with stops between them.
