Glossary

Time worked: This is the time that the employee has spent on the job.

Theoretical time: This is the time that the employee need to complete working according to the set schedule

Excess hours:  The surplus is the difference between the worked time and the theoretical time. It will also reflect the sum of the extra time multiplier.

Excess hours updated: The surplus is the difference between the worked time and the theoretical time.

Start counting: It is the time margin that must elapse from the end of your theoretical workday before the extra time a worker does is counted.

Overtime multiplier: It is the extra time that is added to the excess hours due to having a rule configured. Remember that a rule gives more value to the time period you choose. So, in case you generate overtime in that chosen and more valuable period, more time will be added to your surplus, depending on the rule you have configured.

Time compensated in paid: It is the time that has been compensated to employees through payroll remuneration to balance the positive balance of overtime that they have obtained by exceeding their theoretical working hours.

Time compensated with break: It is the time that employees have already used as a break to balance the positive balance of overtime that they have obtained by exceeding their theoretical working hours.

Time assigned to overtime balance: It is the time that has been assigned to a specific day to be compensated as time off from the overtime balance. You visualize it positively as a sum because that time counts as worked even though in reality a time off has been used.
