Can the employees see their overtime balance?

Yes, employees can view their overtime balance. This is the default setting, so the visibility of the overtime balance will be enabled for all employees.

From Clock ins/outs, by selecting the View Overtime Balance button, employees can check the number of additional hours they have worked, as well as the hours compensated with time off and remunerated compensation.

Overtime history: Displays a chronological record of the extra or missed hours worked.

Compensation in time off: Shows a summary of hours worked, planned, compensated, and their difference.

Remunerated compensation: Shows the total extra hours worked and their equivalent monetary value.
