The clock in button does not appear
If you can't see the button to clock in, first check where you're trying to clock in from:
- If you're using the website, access Sesame's URL in your browser and ensure the location is enabled.
- If you're using the app, go to your mobile settings, find Sesame under Apps, and make sure location access is enabled.
If you still can't clock in after these checks, verify that the location services are properly configured on your device.
