What can I automate in User accesses?
By following the path Configuration >> Automations >> User accesses, you can decide things like:
- Block employees from editing their My Profile page.
- Allow specific roles to create and delete employees.
- Require an identification number when creating employees.
- Block a role from editing, approving, or cancelling holidays.
- Block a role from editing, approving, or cancelling clock ins/outs.
- Automatically enable an employee when their contract starts (or disable them when their contract ends).
- Send an invitation to a user when they are enabled in the system.
- Allow specific roles to access shared folders in the Document manager.
- Keep or delete a user's access code when deactivating them.
To activate or deactivate any of these options, simply click the switch next to the setting you want. When an automation is active, the switch will appear green.
Once you’ve enabled or disabled the options you need, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
