What are automations?

Automations are automatic actions carried out by Sesame HR that you can configure to streamline day-to-day management. With automations, you’ll save time by simplifying tasks for both you and your employees.

You can configure them at different levels:

  • General: apply the same automations to all employees.
  • By department: adapt automations to each area of the company.
  • By employee: customize alerts and automations for specific employees.
