Can I publish a schedule for a specific time period?

Yes, absolutely! In Sesame HR, you can publish schedules selectively. When publishing a schedule, you can choose the exact dates and specific employees you want to share the shift planning with. This gives you great flexibility to adapt to your team’s needs.

 

What options do I have for selective publishing?

To share the information in a schedule, click on "Publish". In the window that opens, you’ll be able to:

  • Choose the date range: set the start and end dates so that only the shifts within that period are published. This is ideal for sharing the upcoming week’s shifts or a specific project’s schedule without revealing long-term planning.
     
  • Publish by employee: during the same process, you can select specific employees from a list to publish the shifts to, excluding the rest of the team.
