Can my employees see the Shifts tool in their Sesame app?
Yes, as long as you enable it in Configuration.
To enable the viewing of the Shifts module for your employees, go to Configuration >> Schedules >> Shifts >> General and turn on "Show the Shifts module". Once enabled, employees can access Shifts from their Sesame app.
Within this feature, you'll find two viewing options:
- My calendar: shows only the shifts assigned to the employee.
- My team: also shows the rest of the team’s shifts.
Note: to let employees see their coworkers’ shifts, enable "Show coworkers’ shifts to employees".
In addition, there are two ways of displaying the Shifts tool in the app. At the top-right of the screen, employees can choose their preferred view: Calendar or List.
