How to publish the Shifts timetable

Once the timetable is set up and shifts have been assigned, you can publish it so your employees can see their shifts from the Sesame app. Simply click 'Publish timetable' in the toolbar.

Publication options

In the publication window, you can adjust exactly what is communicated and to whom:

  • By dates: choose a start and end date to publish only the shifts for that period. Ideal for communicating the upcoming week without revealing the long-term schedule.
  • By employees: select specific employees from the list for whom the shifts will be published, excluding the rest of the team.

You can also combine both options: publish only for certain employees within a specific date range.
