Can I hide employees for a period of my choosing?
Yes, you can hide employee rows in the monthly, weekly, and daily views. To do so, select the employee (or employees) in the timetable and click 'Hide employees' in the bulk actions menu.
You have three options available:
- Hide for the current month: for the ongoing month.
- Hide indefinitely: so the employee remains hidden until you decide to show them again.
- Hide for a custom date range: to select exactly the start and end date of the hidden period (ideal for long-term sick leave or extended absences).
