What is the AI shift planner?
The AI shift planner is a smart chat panel on the left side of your timetable (available if you’ve enabled or purchased the Shifts AI add-on). From there, you can auto-assign shifts using simple written instructions.
Just tell the AI which shifts to assign and to whom. You can also reuse shifts you’ve already created; the AI will place them on the timetable according to your instructions.
You can edit or delete shifts from the same chat using simple commands. This makes planning faster, more efficient, and hassle-free.
In short, you save time and effort by automating shift assignments with AI, while always keeping full control over your schedule.
