What will I find in the "Roles and accesses" section?
Browsing the new Roles section is quite easy. The first thing you will find upon accessing the section is a chart with the key information for each role: its name, type, and the number of Holders assigned to it.
To manage each role's configuration, simply use the quick-actions button at the end of each line or click on the role's name.
You will have access to:
- Basic information: name, type, and role description.
- Access level: control the accesses assigned to a role, view accesses categorized by tool and section, and define the allowed actions (editing, reading, or both) for each.
- Data privacy: decide which employee information is available for role holders.
- Holders and Managed: manage the Holders of each role and the areas they manage (people, workplaces, departments, or even the entire company).
