Can user codes be modified once integrated with Suprema?

No. This is a key point you must consider before integrating Sesame with Suprema.

If you already have users created in Sesame before the integration, you must verify that all of them have the same user code as in Biostar.

 

Why is this important?

Sesame and Suprema are linked through that code. If two employees share the same code in Sesame, when clocking in/out from the Suprema device, one employee could end up registering time for the other. To avoid errors, the codes must match before performing the integration.
 

Important: once users have been linked between Sesame and Suprema, codes can no longer be modified. They will remain locked from that moment on.
