How do I set up breaks on biometric devices?

You can create breaks so your team can indicate when they have paused their workday. Once Suprema is integrated with Sesame, follow this path: Configuration ⚙️ >> Event configuration >> Breaks.

In Event configuration, you must first select the biometric device where you want to add the break.

Once selected:

  1. Click Add.
  2. Select the break.
  3. Click Save, and you’re done!

The numerical order in which breaks are configured will determine how they appear in the list on the biometric device (they usually appear in pairs).

Can the same break be configured on multiple devices within the same company?

Yes. In the Break configuration, you must select the device first. If you want the same break to appear on two or more devices, you’ll need to repeat the configuration for each one.
