Do I need to verify my identity to access Expense and Card management? How do I do it?
If you’ve been granted access to Expense and Card* management, you’ll need to verify your identity. You’ll receive a notification both in the dashboard and on your mobile phone.
To get started, go to Expense control >> Summary and click Verify identity. Then, follow the link you’ll receive on your phone:
- The system will ask you to verify your identity. Have your ID document ready.
- Start the verification and accept the Consent, Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
- Select your document type and the issuing country.
- Hold your ID document facing the camera and start the recording. This process may take a few seconds, keep the document inside the camera frame to avoid errors. Note: the system may ask for several angles.
- Record a short video of yourself: first facing forward, then from the side.
- Add your country and city of birth.
