How do I download survey results?

You can start the download from two different points:

  1. From the table listing all surveys, by clicking the "View results" button for the survey you want to analyze.
  2. From the Results section of a specific survey, by clicking the "Download results" card.

 

From "View results"

  1. Choose what type of results you want to download: employee results or company results.
  2. When choosing "Employee results", select the download format:
  • PDF. Selecting this format will take you directly to the report preview. Once reviewed, click "Download PDF" to download it.
  • Excel. Selecting this format, choose whether you want to download by employee or by question.
  • CSV. Selecting this format, choose whether you want to download by employee or by question.

 

From the Results section

  1. Select the download format: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
  2. Choose whether you want to group the report by employee or by question.
