How can I hide questions when sharing results with the employee?

From the settings of any evaluation, you can select which questions are visible when you share results with employees. This option is only available when the "Show results to the employee" toggle is enabled.

1. Open the evaluation or survey you want to configure.

2. Enable the "Show results to the employee" toggle. A button showing the count of visible questions will appear.

3. Click the count button to open the question settings panel.

4. Use the selector on each question or group to toggle between Visible and Hidden.

5. Review your selection using the filter at the top (All / Visible / Hidden).
 

 

At least one question must remain visible to confirm changes. If you hide all questions, the confirm button will be locked, and the counter will turn red.

Hidden questions do not affect the overall results or the visibility for managers or others with access to the evaluation. They only affect the view seen by the evaluated employee.
