If I create an evaluation from scratch, can I create as many questions as I want?

Yes, there is no limit! Besides,  you'll be able to choose among several answer types. 

Keep in mind that you can group questions according to topics. You can even create subgroups in the thematic groups. This will allow you to deal with specific aspects more deeply and to get a more complete understanding of the opinions and experiences of the evaluated.
