How can I view the results of an evaluation?

To analyze the data, go to the Results view, which you’ll find within each evaluation. You’ll see three options to display the information, depending on the level of detail you need:

  1. Company results. This view gives you a high-level overview with the main KPIs (participation rate, participants, question groups, questions, and days active), along with average scores organized by group.
     

💡 Tip: use the filters at the top to view results by workplace, department, or evaluator type. You’ll also find color legends at the bottom of the page to quickly understand whether scores are positive or negative.

 

 

  1. Results by employee. Access this view if you need individual-level detail. You’ll be able to review each person’s specific responses, supported by visual charts that make analysis easier.
     
  2. Download results. Get full reports and export the data in PDF, CSV, or Excel format.

You can also access individual results through the quick actions button available in each evaluation.

Note that you’ll only be able to view results for evaluations that have received at least one response. In addition, you can see who hasn’t responded yet and send a bulk reminder with a single click.
