How are results filtered by department, workplace or organizational group?
The calculation logic is exactly the same as for the whole company, but taking only the people in that grouping.
Question average by department
The individual averages of the people in that department for that question are added together and divided by the number of people.
Example — Question 1 in the Product department (John and Mary):
| Operation | Result |
| Sum of individual averages (3.33 + 4.00) | 7.33 |
| Divide by number of people (7.33 / 2) | 3.67 |
Group and subgroup averages by department
First, the average for each question within the department is calculated (as above), and then these are summed to obtain the subgroup or group score.
Example — "Teamwork" group for the Product department:
| Group composition | Value | Maximum possible |
| Q2 — Teamwork (department average) | 3.33 | 5 |
| "Collaboration" subgroup (Q3 average in department) | 3.50 | 5 |
| Group score | 6.83 | 10 |
Department total average
This is the sum of the total scores of the people in the department divided by the number of employees.
| Department | Total average | Percentage |
| Sales (1 person) | 18.57/ 25 | 74.3% |
| Product (2 people) | 17.33 / 25 | 69.3% |
| Company | 17.75 / 25 | 71% |
If a department has only one evaluated employee, their average is directly the total score of that person.
