How do I download the results of a survey?

From the main Results view, you'll find the Download results option. When you click it, you can choose between downloading Individual results or Company results.

 

Individual results

 
  1. Go to Surveys from the main menu.
  2. Select the survey and open the Results screen.
  3. Click Download results.
  4. In the modal, select Individual results and click Next.
  5. Choose the download format: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
  6. Select the report type:
    1. By evaluator.
    2. By question (available for Excel and CSV formats only).
  7. Select the evaluated employees you want to include. Click Download.

 

Company results

 
  1. Go to Surveys from the main menu.
  2. Select the survey and open the Results screen.
  3. Click Download results.
  4. In the modal, select Company results and click Next.
  5. Choose the download format: PDF, Excel, or CSV.
  6. Select the charts you want to include in the report:
    1. General survey information (included by default and cannot be deselected).
    2. Group detail by question.
    3. Group comparison.
    4. Team distribution (you can select by workplace, department, or group).
    5. Heat map by area (you can select by workplace, department, or group).
    6. Heat map by employee.
       
  7. Check that the applied filters are correct. Click Download.

 

Anonymous surveys: if any applied filter does not reach the minimum number of responses required (6 responses), the Download button will be disabled to protect the identity of the participants. Close the prompt, adjust or remove the filters that don't meet the minimum, and try again.
