How can I view and interpret the results of 9-box evaluations?

To obtain results, we add up the points obtained in each block (potential and performance). In case there are several evaluators for an evaluated person, the result is obtained from the arithmetic average of points per group of all evaluators.

Depending on the results, you will see the avatar of each evaluated person placed in a 9-cell matrix. Each cell has a different meaning. Depending on your results, we will tell you what each cell means and how to act in each situation:

  • Future superstar leader
  • Future star
  • Future professional star
  • Rough diamond enigma
  • Backbone enigma
  • Key player
  • Tepid
  • Dilemma
  • Iceberg

In addition, by hovering your mouse over your employees' avatars, you will be able to see the points per group. Click on "see details" for more detailed information and you will view the results for that particular evaluation. As you have seen before in Sesame, the results will be displayed using visual and intuitive graphs.

In addition, from here you can see who has yet to answer the evaluation and send them a reminder.

Lastly, to download these results (Excel, PDF or CSV), just click on the download icon.
