How to reactivate a deactivated employee?

If you need to reactivate someone who was previously deactivated, you can do it individually or in bulk in just a few steps.

Here's how:

Option 1: reactivate a single employee

  • Go to the Employees section from the side menu.
  • Click the Filters button (top right).
  • Enable the option "Show deactivated".
  • Open the profile of the employee you want to reactivate.
  • Click on Configuration.
  • Select "Enable user".

Option 2: reactivate employees in bulk

This process is very similar to the one above:

  • Go to the Employees section.
  • Click the Filters button.
  • Enable the "Show deactivated" option.
  • Select the circle next to the employee’s initials (you can select as many as needed).
  • Click Bulk actions (top left).
  • Select "Enable user".

Once you’ve completed option 1 or 2, the selected employees will become active again in the account.
