How can I configure my internal employment portal?
The Internal employment portal will help you manage and post exclusive vacancies for your employees, encouraging internal mobility in your company. Enabling it is quite simple, just go to:
Recruitment > Configuration > Employment portal > Post vacancy on internal employment portal.
Once you activate the switch, two key things will happen:
- Employees will see a new tool on the menu: "Internal job openings". From there, they can access and apply for the job openings marked as "internal".
- When creating a job opening, in the second step (Configuration), you’ll be able to choose where to publish it: only on the internal portal, only on the public portal, or both. You’re in control.
And we’ve also added these key improvements:
- A new "Application Source" filter, so you can see where each candidate comes from: ATS, internal portal, or manual application.
- When an employee applies for an internal job opening, you’ll now see a "Update job position" button on their candidate profile, making it easier to manage internal transitions.
