When I try to post a vacancy, what does "Under review" mean?
When you post a vacancy on an external job board for the first time, it will show as "Under review". This means the Sesame team is validating that the information meets the requirements of the external job boards before sending it. In the meantime, there's no need to worry; the process is quick and does not prevent you from continuing to work on the platform.
How long does the review take?
Our team may take between 24 and 48 working hours to approve a vacancy. Once validated, it is sent to the job boards you have selected. Please bear in mind that each job board has its own indexing times. Some publish job offers almost instantly; others may take up to 24 hours to display the vacancy.
If, after 24 hours, any of your job boards has still not published your vacancy, please contact the support team to review the case.
